Ramen with Crab and Corn Soup
I made Crab and Corn Soup last weekend and since hubby was out of town for a few days this week, I still had some leftovers. To spare him from eating the same thing again I decided to change it up a bit. I simply boiled noodles, poured the hot soup over, and topped it with a soft boiled egg and sliced green onions and tadaaa...ramen is served! Hubby loved it so that's always a good sign! :)
